Well this week was just straight up trash.  When I made my line up I forgot to hit send so my line up was never set up.  I ended up with 4 players on a bye week starting.  I got smashed 42 to 88.  The sad thing is that if I actually made a line up I calculated the outcome and would have killed him by 9 points.  I am still dead last in the league and does not look like it is going to change anytime soon.  However, if I start focusing I will be able to comeback from this.

I was robbed this week.  In week four I lost by 1 point to the commissioner of the league.  The worst part about this was at the beginning of the last game I was up by 12 points and we each had player left both on the eagles.  Mine scored 13 points and his scored 18.   If you do the math I should have one.  However, my defense ended up doing poorly at the end of their game so they ended up losing 9 of the 12 points they had before. Therefore I ended up losing overall.  I am now last place in the league which is so embarrassing.

I lost in week 2.  It was absolutely awful because my bench had ended up with more points then my starters.  The trash talk was ridiculous because I was talking trash all week saying I was going to destroy my friend Elio.  But he demolished me 58 to 103.  Phillip Rivers had a terrible game.  Additionally, Antonio Gates decided to not play so that was a lost of about 10 points which a good Tight End will usually get for an average game.

Summary of our League

My blog is about the Fantasy League I am currently in with my friends from my old high school.  We all are extremely competitive and take the game way to seriously.  The way our League is run is similar to the increasingly popular TV show "The League."

There is a trophy for first place and a trophy for last place.  Getting first place is an absolute honor.  The rewards keep on giving.  First you get to keep the K.Upton Trophy for the whole year.  Second your name is engraved on the trophy for the year that you one.  Third, the winner has bragging rights for the rest of the year till the next season.  Fourth, they get to pick the location of the next draft and the game we play to pick the order of the up coming draft.  Fifth, the last place person has to do the winner one favor or task ordered by the winner.

The last place trophy is nothing to be proud of.  You have to carry it for the whole year and next season.  It is an absolute disgrace to be awarded the Flush-O.  The trophy is in the shape of a toilet and the owners picture has ones own pick on the back of the seat for the world to see.

Trash talking is a huge part of our league.  It has been known to become very hostile and include video messages.  However,  everyone in the league knows that we are all not being serious with what we say to each other.
